1. Acceptance

2. The service
NewBuildRadar aggregates public information about new-construction homes (prices, incentives, HOA, CDD, availability and estimates). Information is for informational purposes only, may be outdated and is not an offer or financial, legal or real-estate advice. Always confirm with the builder.
3. Account
Accounts are personal and free. You must provide a valid email you control, keep your password confidential and be 18 or older. Sync is enabled only after email confirmation. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, improper automation or violation of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not try to access restricted areas (including the admin area), bypass security limits, perform bulk automated scraping, submit unlawful content or use the service to send spam.
5. Intellectual property
The NewBuildRadar brand, layout and code belong to [owner to be confirmed]. Builder images and data belong to their owners and are shown with source attribution.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the information shown or for temporary unavailability.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in My account; data is erased as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and governing law
